Harassment by Broker /Landlord Harassment by Broker /Landlord

Hi,
I rented a house via broker Since March 2023.
The rent is 25000/per month. Deposit is 100000. All these are mentioned in agreement.
Brokerage agreed was 1 month rent. I have paid all the dues on time.
The broker is harassing me for last 1 month by Saying that agreed brokerage was 1.25 Lakhs (Even when the signed agreement it is mentioned that the Deposit is 1 Lakh).
When I pointed this out they have sent an eviction notice over email stating that we are not responsive to their demands. Further they are asking that 1 month rent needs to be cut from the Deposit as the lock in period of 4 months has not passed along with 15 days rent for Painting Charges.
So I have paid them 25000 as brokerage and they are trying to deduct 37500 from my security deposit by stating these illogical points after just two months.
All the transactions are done online, so proof is available for the same.
What should I be doing? Should Is Send a legal notice to them and file complaint.
