I am a new financial cosultant , and my customer after, i did his work , is not paying me ,
( I , along with my friend who is a lawyer do drt court case , and also " out of court " bank loan settlement jobs. I got settlement offer in respect to RBI guidelines for my client from the bank and after this he is not paying me now .it has been 45 days , fifteen times i visited his house , woh muzhe bas ghuma raha hai.
I discovered lately that he is a conner , and also doing frauds , but he is financially strong and shows political support.
I am not Advocate.
My advocate friend say we will send legal notice .
But my fraud client is a master in all these matters , this will extend the time , there were only verbal commitments between us.
Chances of getting my money are dying.

A.Dear Client,

Please do not lose hope and make sure you send a legal notice. If there is still no communication from your customer, file a police complaint.
