You may go to police station and try to settle the matter or get register a cheating case or as a last option you may request the police to get 1 post dated cheque for your amount and interest their on .

Please file an FIR with the police station for fraud. The government portal caters to complaints pertaining to cyber crimes including cyber frauds.
You can also call the cybercrime complaint number– 155260.
