my neighbors ll be throwing vessels at night,cooking after 10pm,shouting and fighting at night,their kitchen is close to our bedroom,and even during the day they ll be shouting,put pressure cooker for an hour, we r not able to live peacefully or sleep,even we complained police for 4 times,there is no change,pls sir can u suggest what to do
