Harming the car in society premises
I park my car in my society and once the flooring work on going on in my society so security use to park and just on 6th floor some Ac cleaning work went on, all dirt was on my car. N as I raised the issue in society in grup some ppl objected saying security is not for cars. Then I busted out as our security just sits at one place n is busy on mobile. Even cameras are removed n I dnt doubt I m sure this things are done by some people including security as these ppl support their work. 1st my car was standing n all cleaning work going on so my car got muddy . Second time some one made K on my car that too with harsh object and today all tyres are punctured ...as I drove car started shaking suddenly and when checked air all tyres had 20 ..
Yesterday all was ok . I have informed secretary he says they are going to do it but when that he says there is committee meeting
It's a good idea to contact the society management committee, which usually includes the secretary and other members, to discuss your concerns and issues. They should be made aware of the problems you've faced. Review the society bylaws to understand the rules and regulations governing issues related to parking, security, and maintenance within the society. This will help you understand your rights and responsibilities as a member. If the society management doesn't address your concerns, you can file a formal written complaint with them, outlining the problems you've experienced and the damage to your car. Request a written acknowledgment of your complaint. Keep records of all incidents, including photographs, videos, and any communication you've had with the society management or security personnel. This documentation can be helpful if you need to take legal action later.
