A.Dear Client,

Being aware of terms and conditions of your employment and the policy of the Company and without making yourself satisfied with the option buy-out notice period, you opted resignation serving 30 days notice period. As a result company non-service of stipulated notice period your resignation is put on hold. Neither they are relieving/releasing you nor disburse your payment payable in lieu of said that fall short of required period of notice.

Try to negotiate with the company to resolve the matter to save your new job or assignment failing which you may approach the concerned authority either the Chief Inspector of Shops and Establishments or the office of Labour Commissioner under whose jurisdiction your establishment falls to save your career which is now at stake by default.
