Family abuse, need help to move out of abusive household Family abuse, need help to move out of abusive household

Im 23 female. My parents are abusive and i don't want to go back home after finishing College(for which i took a loan myself).
My father has banged my head against the wall till I fainted. My brother has punched too. Occurences like these are quite frequent. Also my mom instigates them to be abusive, tells me kill myself daily.
Going back to my house after i finish my studies is out of the question. Im afraid my father will get furious one day and actually murder me, while my mom tells him i deserve it.
They were married as kids at a very young age and he probably is frustrated cause of it.
I arrived back in Mumbai yesterday and Im currently living in a pg and trying to find a job. I texted my dad that i won't be coming home and they shouldn't contact me. They keep calling me, so i blocked them. And now they've contacted my uncle's and they too are trying to call me. I don't want to talk to any of them and just live by myself. I told my father that I'll file a report if they try to get to me. My parents have also made contact with my college to find out where I am. I can't let them get to me
Any suggestions as to how I should handle this, can they take any legal action on me if i move out? Can they find out where i live and try to get me back home. It is scary situation to be in. Please help with this issue
