House - frantically looking for job House - frantically looking for job

I am currently 28 year old unmarried girl, who is frantically looking for job. I was working in the previous organisation for 8 months but was terminated from my job. Now, I am staying with my parents while searching job. I wanted to ask do I have rights on my parents property, as they are telling either to get married or find job and house outside Mumbai city, or else they will sell this house, and I will have to go with them to village. Please let me know about the situation I am very stressed regarding the same issue.

A.Dear client,
While I sympathise with your current situation and plight I like to clarify your points of queries as under
As regards daughters right over her parents property, it may be noted that you got right over your parents property by birth. However in case the property is self acquired property of your parents they can sell the property whenever they wish and that requires no consent of any heirs.
So consider the importance of all factors including your career and what overweighs what, a unanimous decision/resolution should be taken of course in consultation with your parents who are always known as well wisher of their children.
