BSNL has raised a claim for non payment thouh the disputed land line was dead and I deposited application for closure/ surrender on 17Dec 2020. For a Sr citizen like me it was extremely agony to receive bills for a dead phone. Even the concerned exchange refuse any grievances to be heard. Repeated WAs to Dov Engr remain unanswered
