Sir, I applied for an online form filling work through internet. While taking that work I signed a agreement in a agreement software online. In that agreement it was mention that if i did,nt complete 1500 form in 15 days then I have to pay that amount of 5400 rs to them. But they have also promise me to extend the work time if I will not complete the work in given time. But now they are asking 2500 rs as an extension time fees. Sir my question is that " How can I get rid of this problem and this type of agreement are legal or not? They are harssing me to take a legal action against me. Please help me. I am a student and my financial condition is not good to pay them.

Sir, I signed a agreement send by him through agreement app. On its behalf he is warning me that he is going to file the case against me in surat(Gujrat) court on section 420 and 406. I belongs to uttrakhand and I havent met him in my life. I am afraid and I don,t know how to tackle this suitation.
