Rajasthan govt employee not getting pension after retirement

My father retired last year in June 2022 and it's almost a year now he is not receiving his pension he was a rajasthan govt. employee in fire brigade,nagar nigam jodhpur
apart from pension not even receiving gratutity amount or other retirement benefit.
i have complained via rajasthan sampart portal,rashtrapati bhavan,pensioners department but Nagar nigam is not doing anything.
what are the legal options or will i have to wait in this case.

A.Make out a complaint for not non-disbursement pension and other dues before the Dist. Legal Services Authority praying therein for placing the matter before Pension Adalat or Lok Adalat for an order directing the concerned authority to disburse your pension and other dues.
Post the matter in the Public Greivance Portal of Ministry of Public Administration or post the matter before the office of State Labour Commissioner, for redressal of your grievance.
