Issues with my mother-in-law and husband

My marriage done on 21st August 2021, after marriage my husband used to take all my salary money around 1 lakh and not even give 500 rupees for my expenses I am a software developer. They forcefully taken 20 Lakhs personal loan from me and transferred all amount in their accounts, now I am paying EMI every month. They used me for money
After marriage me and my husband taken a house in loan jointly now they are not allowing me in that house, my husband and motherinlaw are staying.
My father-in-law works at Chennai in crpf, my mother-in-law don't go near her husband.

My mother-in-law always keep fights between me and my husband. My mother-in-law uses abusive words towards me taunts me, my husband supports his mother every time and scolds me, My husband will not speak to me for a week every time after every fight. They tortured me mentally. Recently 2 months back my husband and mother in law beat me horribly, my right eye retina got injured and for 10 days I faced vision problem. Now I have given complaint in police station and living with my parents, attended counseling from barosa, what iam asking is like iam having mental and physical torture with my mother-in-law, I don't have peace of mind there, do I need to file FIR or wait for some more time, I want my husband, but he wants his mom
