Marriage Marriage

My father got married to 3 wives,
First wife is my mother she is a Christian she got married in a temple and we have a record issued by the temple on the marriage.
Even though my mother was alive my father got married to a second lady, even she got married in a temple, she expired.
Again, my father got married to another lady and even she got married also in a temple and got 2 kids.
So totally my father got married to 3 wives.
My father has a property and all have filed for partition.
My father did the property in my mother’s name through a will and currently we the children of first wife are enjoying the property.
My questions
1.What are the legal documents to prove the validity of marriage?
2.The marriage performed in a temple can be considered as valid, as the marriage was not registered in the year 1974 ?
3.A Christian lady can get married to a Hindu person, is that a valid marriage or religion are there any barriers?
4. In the eyes of law will my mother get all the benefits as 1st wife?
5.is the second and third marriage void as my mother is the firs wife?

Ans: Except first marriage other marriages are void unless first wife naturally died.

Ans: Even bare oral statement of first wife is enough.

Ans: Once she married it is legal marriage unless it is declared as null and void by any Court.

4. In the eyes of law will my mother get all the benefits as 1st wife?
Ans: Yes, your mother is entitled for all the benefits but the children of second and third wife are also entitled for some relief but not during the lifetime of your father.
