I have recieved flat from my aunt( fathers brother wife) as per her will, and she has no child and my uncle has also passed away. I have a brother and sister. The society in which the flat is there is asking me to make a release deed and get it registered.
So is it necessary to make the release deed as my aunt( father's brother wife) has no child of her.?

A.Dear Sir,
During the lifetime of your aunt you cannot use Will. So it is better to get another document that is release deed and immediately get change the property in your name.
