Is it legal? If someone having multiple khatiyan no and he/she got recorded without consent of others legal waris, what to do?
A.Dear Client,
You should formally notify the Land Revenue Officer, Tehsildar, or District Magistrate in writing about the issue. They will investigate based on a complaint and a report from a Surveyor. If the matter remains unresolved, seek legal counsel to file a civil suit under Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, in the appropriate Civil Court. In this suit, request an injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) along with Section 151, asking the court to utilize its inherent power to ensure justice is served.
