NOC for legal hire document

I need a format of NOC from mother of deceased. Deceased is survived by daughter who is 3 years old and wife. The NOC is required for legal hire document. We will need the format of NOC in hindi language.

A.Dear Client,
At the outset I am to inform you that I have no format of affidavit in hindi language which you are to convert in hindi from english if it is allowed by the concerned authority.
In the context it is to inform you that an Affidavit is required to be sworn any one legal heir before the Oath Commissioner (JM /Notary) declaring therein the details of surviving family members of the deceased that there are no legal heirs of deceased except she/he or other heirs to obtain Legal Heirs Certificate from the concerned Civic Authority. The format of the affidavit is noted below in brief.

That, my father/mother namely.......
expired on.............(Death Certificate enclosed) at the age of.... years leaving behind the following family members and legal heirs

VERIFICATION

After swearing the Affidavit and on receipt of it you are to apply with the concerned Civic authority along with Death Certificate of the deceased to obtain Legal Heirs Certificate.
