How can a Father and Mother remove his son name from 7/12 extract of their property ?
property is self acquired by Father.
property purchased in 1993 when son was aged 18.

A.Dear Client,
In case of self-acquired property, owner when alive, can transfer the title of property partly or wholly at his sole discretion to anyone eliminating his legal heirs including family members either through a registered Deed of Gift or Will. There is no need to seek consent from legal heirs even he/she is adult.

As per the infromation you have given , A self acquired can only be tranferred to anyone through will.
