Slab work not completed yet.. 70% payment released for slab work in just 6months of building commencement due to my one structure and now Builder is asking for another 15% payment for brick work and plaster but no early possession plan given which is due in May-24.. is it right ask from builder for asking of 85% payment without completion of slab work (out of 22 floor, 18 slab work done, further work on hold due to other tower escavation plan as priority now) project name is sportsville by Kohinoor Pune

Is the project is registered under RERA Act, 2016?
Is there any Schedule of Payment in the Agreement to Sale executed between you and the Builder/Promoter?
In absence of this informations, nothing could be suggested at the moment.
However, you may consult with an Advocate alongwith your all papers and if he advices, approach RERA or DCDRC for an appropriate order against the Builder or Promoter for speeding up the construction and delivery of possession on receipt of CC and OC from the competent Authority(Municipal Authority who approved the building plan of the housing project.) Don't make out full consideration money without obtaining CC and OC from the concerned authority.
