Builders parking issue. Fooling us

We had purchased a 2 BHK flat in Pune near Jakat Naka Dhanori. We were not allowed parking when we booked flat and were informed that it will be allotted later. Later we were given only 1 option of parking that is the corner with a huge pillar inbetween restricting me to park my car in my own parking .
This is how the builder fooled us and when we hit parking we tried parking my car but didn't fit in parking.. now he denies to give us any solution..

In absence of provision of parking either in agreement to Sale or Deed of conveyance including the approved building plan, it is now very difficult and almost impossible to resolve your problem amicably or legally.
From the contents of your of query, it is also not accessible whether the project is registered under RERA, 2016, in case the project is out of ambit of RERA, you may still make an attempt filing a complaint online even the project is constructed either before or after the Act is made effective in the state concerned for a resolution, At least you can take a chance before surrender to the unwanted situation.

As per the information you have given it is advisable to you to first reach out to the builder and try to resolve it. or otherwise you can talk to an advocate for this.
