Correction in name in Builder Buyer Agreement

Hi, I purchased a flat from builder directly. The BBA was signed with my partial name and not full name. My full name includes my fathers name as part of my name. Now i want to get conveyance deed executed with my full name. Builder is saying since BBA is in partial name I have to get conveyance deed done in same. But all my documents are having my full name and not partial name.
Please advice.
A.In case the BBA is not registered under Registration Act, ask your builder for the execution of a revised BBA with your full name instead of your partial name so that the final Deed of Conveyance in your full name may be registered. In case of refusal by Builder, reach out to concerned RERA office or the Office of District Consumer Protection Council headed by Dist. Magistrate to resolve your grievance asap preferably before registration of deed of conveyance.
