Gym Closed

I have join Gym 1 month ago and I purchased 6 month membership and now gym was closed without any notice and he are denied to refund my money so can I take any league action for the same ?
A.You may file a complaint before Consumer Court concerned for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice claiming compensation for harassment or before the Chief Inspector, Shops and Establishment if the Gym centre is registered the Shops and Establishment Act for redressal of your grievance.

As per the information you have given you can have your money back , if you want to file a complaint you can do but firstly try to reach out to the gym owner.

I have talk to gym trainer but he told me in 1 month your money will be refunded or you transfer other gym but how I will trust on him ?
Also I have no any contact to gym owner also I don't know who is a gym owner because almost my decision is with trainer only.
