i was in a relationship with my boyfriend and after 6 months he married me in court and brought his two friends as a witness , after court marriage he didnt took me to his home to live with him and started to make excuses all the time , later on his family also started to behave in a rudely manner when i ask them to accept me as a legal daughter in law and his legal wife , whenever i ask them they threaten me and ask me to talk to my parents to throw a big wedding then only they will accept me as as their legal daughter in law , and the boy also threatened my parents that he will kill me and my family if we go to police , i am living in my place and he is living in his place , at the last moment when i asked him about accepting me as their legal wife and taking me home he fought with me and tried to kill me with a dagger which he always hid in his car. later on after gathering some courage i went to my nearest police station and filed a case against him and filed for an annulment legally . Will i get an annulment?

A.Dear Client,
It appears from the beginning that both of you and your boyfriend took the matter casually. As a result you have been facing all these consequences which can be avoided if a life time decision is taken considering the possibilities of all these unwanted consequences.
Your query also appears to be insufficient. While your marriage is held and registered before the Marriage Officer are you in possession of the Marriage Certificate issued by the concerned MO.
In the absence of said certificate in your possession, you cannot even prove your marriage and file a petition for divorce or judicial separation before a competent Court of law
For your information, a marriage once held legally cannot be cancelled or revoked, so you can file a petition praying for divorce or judicial separation provided you got the proof of marriage and strong grounds or reasons behind such a prayer before the Court.
Hope the matter stands clarified.
