Dear Sir/Ma'am, Kindly let me (in PIL cases related with election commission of India) how many days do it take to get date for admission hearing in Bombay high Court after submitting the petition at the filing counter?

In every case the office work is more than open court work. You have pursue the matter and see that it is placed on Board.

Dear Sir, thank you very much for your reply. Sir, I mean to say that if today I file the PIL at the counter of Bombay High Court with all necessary documents then how many days after I will get date of first hearing? the gap between filing the petition and admission hearing?
