We have already sent a legal notice to the house owner that we will vacate the house by July first week but still they come in front of the house and start harassing us. My need a advice regarding what can I do against this?
A.Dear Sir,
You are going legally and until and unless they refund your advance amount you should not vacate the house otherwise they may create big trouble to you.

A.Dear Client
Is there any Rent Agreement executed between the tenant and landlord?
In case there is an agreement, is there any stipulation allowing certain days to tenant for handing over vacant possession of rented premises on expiry or cessation of agreement?
Being a tenant you cannot legally overstay in the rented premises beyond the agreed period without the permission of Landlord. You even cannot decide your time for giving vacant possession of rented premises to the landlord which prima facie, termed as breach of contract.
A legal notice neither can serve any purpose nor can save you from litigation and other consequences if the landlord files an eviction suit in the Court against you.
