Salami bhada ownership addition

I have a salami bhada shop that is in name of my father.Rent receipt has my father name. I want to add my name along with my father in the receipt.
What documents should I take from my landlord regarding this apart from updated rent receipt to ensure this transfer is full proof?
A.you need to make out a fresh rent agreement with the landlord including your name alongwith your father to be a co-tenant. Based on that agreement, rent receipt shall be issued in the name of co-tenant by the landlord
