Employer Extended/Changed Joining Date without my acceptance

I am about join the new company (Employer) on 1st June, 2023. Since My Last working day in previous employer (Company) on 29th May, 2023. But, Suddenly company HR changed/extended the Joining Date towards one month twenty days later. I am hope less. I have financial and personal commitments too. Due to this I will loose lot of things. even, after that extended period also not sure/believe they will provide joining or not
