Sir , My friend told me that he will get me a job in Maruti company, For that he asked me money and i gave him. Now he is not responding and not giving me my money as he promised that if i not get the job he will return my money back. Pls help me out what action i can take.

A.Hello,
You can file a civil suit for recovering the money owed through promissory note or loan agreement. you can do so under Order 37 of CPC which allows the lender to file a summary suit
