You are requested to guide me and provide this knowledge if RTI application shows transfer status from one CPIO to another CPIO, then how many days will 1ST appeal increase, as response time is 30 days.
Because after going to the JUSTICE department my application was transferred to another CPIO of the same department after more than 15 days, while I have been told that it is mandatory to transfer the rti application within 5 days. In such a situation, in what time should I file 1st appeal and what will be the reason for transfer in 15 days Sir PLS guide.
