I purchased total 21+ 20 trees for m my wife and my name on31-3-1997. Certificate numbers are N1874 (20 trees) + J18633(1tree) on my wife’s name and N3189(20 trees) on my name. My maturity date is 16-7-2017. There is no return nor any reply. What can I do?

You spoke out your concern after a lapse of almost five years which is too late. At this belated stage, even if a police complaint is lodged, it may be also a very difficult task for them to find out the ins and outs of the Company involved in Share or Stock trading. However, at the moment you can represent/pursue explaining the matter suitably to the concerned Authority SEBI and the Serious Fraud Investigation Deptt under Registrar of Companies(ROC), Ministry of Company Affairs for a resolution in the matter.

It seems it is a fraud company. You have to immediately lodge a complaint with Police and also approach concerned company board and file a civil suit to recover the amounts.
