My father has one elder brother when my grandmother alive she gave some land for two brothers but she wrote one the name of elder son because at the time of registration small son was minor .
Now my grandmother was died. And my elder father not giving half off the land to my father what should we do?
A.Dear Sir,
You have to go to the Court to establish the same and prove that grandmother was intending to give her property to both the brothers equally.

A.If the property given by your Grandmother to your elder brother is ancestral property, then your younger brother being a legal heir by birth is entitled to an equal share of the said property
