My father ask for money & said you can consider it as rent so i agreed & asked for rent agreement but he said nothing
my whole family member excluding me left this old house & move to new one but my father(landloard) haven't given any rental agreement to me but let me stay over old house. Atfer few month i got whatsapp msg that" i am selling the old house, leave my house if you dont i am going to cut electricity".

what should i do know plz help

A.Hello,
As per the information you have given it is suggested to you that you need not to worry as you are protected under section 14(2) of the rent control act .
No rent agreement gives flexibility to both - tenant and to landlord as well

A.Dear Client

In case the house is self acquired property of your father, on his objection you got no right to keep in your possession if the owner decided to sold it out and inform you his decision.
