my father took rent from me and let me stay their house, after few month all my family member moved to new house now my father decide to sell the house while i am still in the houseas a tenant.
he told me that if i don;t vacade house soon then he will cut down electricity
A.In case the property is the self-acquired property of your father he got every right to dispose of the property as per his choice. you can not stay there as a matter of right even as a tenant.
