Regarding notice period

I have not serve notice period in my current company and leave the company I work 10days before leaving the company I have 9 paid leaves and I have not taken my salary for current month should I have to pay any compensation or company will take any legal action in this case I have not signed any bond or contract with company. My company is Starbucks

Getting relieving letter is a proper process of exit from an organisation, now that you have not served the desired notice period you should write to the employer and get the F&F done, needed you can visit the employer directly too with an appointment

Dear Sir,
If you do not require relieving letter and experienced certificate then you can walk out and you need not pay anything inspite of notices issued by them.

Dear Client

You left the without serving notice to Company in terms of contract so you are not entitled for notice pay.

As regards your accrued leave days and the 10 days salary it may be noted that Company may forfeit the same on the ground of breach of contract showing that your sudden abandonment of job without notice violating the terms of contract caused a financial loss to Company apart from other setbacks. Even Company can take legal against you for the reason that may affect your career too.
