house sold but my sisters not vacating room

we are 8 sisters to my parents, my father died, my mother also died in 2015 my mother was given will deed in 2013 on only one name i.e., N.SRILAKSHMI, all sisters are agreed to give will deed.on that basis we all are sold the house, the buyer was given Rs.10,00000/- as advance. all the members are agreed and signed on paper. on 22nd nov, 2018 registered sale deed and two sisters are not came to register office and not signed.now the two sisters who are in possession not vacating the house. how to vacate the house.
