My ex-girlfriend and I have been classmates since 8th grade, and even the college is the same. We were in a relationship for three years. I used to live in their house for 5 years along with her sister and mother. Her father used to work abroad, and he didn't know that I was living with them. Since the past 2 years, I've connected so much with her emotionally, and recently she got engaged to another guy. I'm not able to digest the fact and tried to explain the same with her fiance, and he claims that she treated me as a brother and that there was no relationship between us.
Three days ago, her fiance and his dad attacked me in front of my home, and I had a serious injury. I filed Section 324 against her fiance and his father.
I wanted to make everyone clear that we were in a relationship and also wanted to take my money back, which I spent by buying scooters, jewellery, etc.
So can I file a case against her for cheating me in the name of marriage, making me spend money close to 15 lakhs, and also for making me psychologically weak? ( Mental stress, suicidal thoughts)
Note: She filed an FIR on me under Section 354D, 506, one month ago.
