About Auction

Dear Sir/ Madam, My father got home loan 5years back. Initially he was paying EMI regularly but couldn't continue as lose of business.Bank gave auction notice in 2021 we asked manager for OTS and paid some amount.In 2022 again they send auction notice....again we request and paid some amount.....Now again they gave auction notice....My father is now 63years old and He has 4 daughters including me....My father went drt and asking stay order against auction.auction date is on 2nd June 2023....Manager gave time upto 29th may 2023....From Drt only S.R No came .....waiting for O.R.s number....if paying full amount,can My father pay on 2nd June to stop auction?
A.Dear Client,
Full Payment of dues should be made before the date of the auction as fixed and advised by the Bank Manager to stall the auction beforehand otherwise process for the auction will take it recourse.
