Hi Sir,
I Have Enrolled Devops Course From Simplilearn Institute On 18th May 2023
And Today Morning There Was First Lecture So After Attending It I Feel It Is Not That Good So I Decided To Quit It And So I Talked To There Team For Refund Process.
They Told Me That Refund Policy Is Only Applicable Till 7 Days Of Enrollment.
But Any Student Can Judge The Class By Attending Atleast 1 Lecture That I Have Attended Today.
Now They Are Not Receiving My Calls And Only Telling Refund Is Not Possible. They Have Filed Refund Ticket But After Seeing All This Fraud I Am Not Sure That They Will Refund Me.
I Have Searched And Found That There Are Lots Of Students Like Me Who Are Fall In Such Trap.
Also I Have Done Same Enrollment Of Course For My Friend And His Emi Also Get Deducted From My Account Only.
I Have Pay Fee Through Debit Card Emi And Now My Emi Will Get Auto Debit From Coming Month
How Can I Cancel It.

First made a written application to the Institute claiming refund of course fees to get an express denial of your claim send by speed post and take steps for withdrawal of ECS mandate.
Secondly make out a GD/FIR in local PS against the Institute engaged in unfair trade practice.
Thirdly find out affiliating authority of the Institute and endorse a copy of your application
Fourth and finally reach out to an Advocate for filing a complaint under CPA, 2019 claiming refund of fees with compensation for harassment.
