Sir/mam I'm going to buy a land from a man.He has two sons.Younger son be in father's side and willing to sale and Elder son does not wish to sale. And the Property is Self-Acquired by the man.The Property does not contain patta. So Can I buy the land and any problem will occur with the elder son in future?
A.If the sons are not minor you can buy the property as you said it is a self acquired property hence.
So you buying the land is not a problem if the sons are major having completed 18 years of age as on date of registration
