Non payment of unsecured loan

A case is filed with CS/24475/23 by HDFC Bank for non payment of emi. Police station called me for as arrest warrant issued for this. I want to know is it possible that arrrst warrant issued for non payment . Currently I am in Ahmedabad . But the case is in westbengal my permanent residence
A.Failure to repay the loan makes the loanee liable to face legal consequences including a case under Sec.138 of N I Act for the dishonor of post-dated cheques issued by the loanee for repayment of a loan or can take the recourse under SARFAESI Act, 2002 by attaching your property obtaining a decree for DRT. In case Court finds your presence before the investigation authority for taking your statement, a warrant of arrest may be passed to compel your presence. So considering your career prospects, you should comply with the order of the Court ASAP to before passing a look-out notice against you.
