What legal stance can I take if my employer forces me to serve 2 months notice period when I'm not able to do so due to health issues

A.You just put up your notice to the employer tendering your resignation along with a medical certificate issued by the competent authority declaring therein your adverse health conditions.
For any dispute, you may reach out to the office of the Labour Commissioner concerned for redressal of your grievance against the employer.
