Hi, I have joined one organisation two months back. However within a month due to work quality i was not happy and searched new job and got offer. I resigned here. Manager accepted it and set last working day within a week. For which I was ok. But I got confused about my decision in this week. I got in dual mind if my decision of leaving so early is correct or not. So I requested manager and HR to give me chance to revoke resignation. First they refused but on my insisting they agreed on very last day. They asked my if I won't do it again in near future they are ok. I said yes to them verbally then.
I revoked resignation and resumed service here. However due to the work quality i again getting that feeling of moving out. I still have the other offer. But now I am concerned about how will these people react if I put my resignation again within three weeks .
I am ready to serve full notice period again.
But I don't want any termination or negative remarks on my profile. I want smooth exit.
Please suggest what can be the way outs for me .
Am I legally safe to resign again?
Can they take any negative action on me?
How to handle if they scare me for any such negative action?
Please suggest

In the given situation, if you feel your career prospect is better than the present one, you can leave the organization following the provision of the contract of employment. A good working environment depends upon the adjustment of individual perceptions in a collective way and such a perception requires long-term attachment with the working team of an organization. An employer can not force an employee to retain without his consent.
