my late brother verbally lend some money to my little brother "a" to buy few properties on his name instead a bought all the properties on his wife's name, also he through coercion partially owned a business of my late brother, and is sitting on huge empire he built by betrayal. Now "a" is refusing to share and is claiming all the property he built with unregistered/documented money he took from my late brother as his. What will be my approach. P.S. my brother was unmarried.

A.Dear Sir,
It is very difficult to prove such transactions which are not reduced into writing anyway the aggrieved party may file a suit for declaration and try to prove the ownership saying that such properties were purchased with sources of income supplied by deceased late brother.
