Lost 43000 in Telegram Task Based Fraud

I have lost 43,000 in telegram task based job for google reviewing in three transaction of 5,000 , 28,000 and 10,000 each and had also reported financial fraud on cyber crime portal and informed my bank within 24 hours. It has transfer my complaint to local police station and one of the account of scammer in which I have transferred 5,000 is put on hold but the other two accounts are not hold till now. Local police station is asking me to give written complaint by visiting the police station after that only they will register the FIR and do the further proceedings. Do I need to give a written complaint by visiting the police station or I can email the authority of the police station by attaching the written complaint with it and what are the other steps which I need to do from my end and various procedure for getting my money back ?

You cannot get any effective remedy if you go on sending emails to the concerned Police Station or Cyber Police Station. It is better to approach the Police in person and get the work done.
