Negotiating my notice period
my notice period 60 days and i am served 30 days, but how can buy out 30 daysnotice period
in my offer ltter mention it.
2. Kindly note that you are required to give a minimum 02-month notice if you wish to leave the service of the organization & this notice entitles you to all the benefits accrued (if any). For notice less than 02-month the company reserves the right to forfeit your entire annual/monthly benefit & would also deduct salary equivalent to the shortfall of the notice period
my HR saying have not any policy buy out
Pls sugges me, what shall i do
Dear Sir/mam
A.Hello,
As per the information you have mentioned it is always advisable to serve your notice period and if any reason you have not served it diligently then the company can forfeit your Fnf however you can file a suit .

A.Dear Client,
Relationships between Employer and employee are governed by the contract of employment i.e, offer letter, when in offer letter 60 days' notice requires for leaving the employment, you need to abide by the said condition of the offer letter. In the absence of a buy-out policy in the Company, you will not be entitled to any settlement benefit for the shortfall in your notice period and may face other consequences as stipulated in the offer letter. So, better try to negotiate with the employer for a resolution considering your career prospect.
