sir My relative had taken my credit card for use but he paid the bill fraudulently. Due to which the police slapped IPS act 420 and act 154 on me. They told me to go to the court. what to do now?

sir , is there any way to settlement the case outside the court if victim ready for settlement?
may i transfer this case to my district court ?
Can the victim withdraw the case from the court if we settle outside?
