I am 16 and I searched in google and YouTube about how to make bomb as I am interested in Nuclear physics. But doing so, does my IP address gets logged in to cyber cell or Indian Defence agencies. Will they come home to arrest. Will I be arrested if a bomb blast takes place after a week/day/month/year??
