Cyber Crime Harrasement Cyber Crime Harrasement

I was aged 16 when a FIR complaint was been registered against me since I was a victim of cyber crime. Am I eligible to apply for Police Clearance Certificate or I am suppose to seal my case in the court? Will I have to face further consequences?
I left the police station with my parents after I was asked by the police inspector to write a letter stating that I have plead guilty.

I'm sorry sir if I wasn't specific about my situation. Prior contacting a lawyer I gotta ensure that I have the available guidance which would allow me to consult a relevant lawyer who could assist me with my case. I have received few advises where I was been told to consult different type of lawyers which was actually obviously confusing and I couldn't understand. Some of them advise me to consult a public prosecutor and some of them advise me to consult a criminal lawyer or probation officer. Among all of the advises I couldn't actually understand which would be the suitable lawyer I'm suppose to consult and I was only authorized to leave the police station after I was instructed to write a letter with a statement I have plead guilty. I don't know what kind of consequence I might face and which lawyer I'm suppose to consult since I have committed this crime when I was 16.

Yes Mam, obviously I was considered a victim of cyber crime and a FIR was filed against me. It's not something i have been accused for harassing my best friend but I intentionally posted abusive words on her Facebook timeline which provided her a opportunity to file a case against me with her parents.

A.Sir,
No problem you are a juvenile even the police authorities can not investigate. You need not plead guilty. The probation officer(PO) can only give report to the juvenile justice board. You better to engage a criminal lawyer.
