Change of name on property document

Hi,
Good Day!
Property document registered with name Durga Prasad in 1986, when I am minor, and the name changed to Satya Prasad in 10th class, and all ID proofs are with the same name (Satya Prasad). Please advise process of changing the name on sale deed in India.?

A.dear client for your matter kindly consult for the same because the property document was registered in your old name but you were a minor at that time, and have changed your name in 10th standard that is your board documents are having new name along with all other documents, it is possible to get the same changed in the property documents.

This is a very serious problem since your name got changed when you were minor, so, rectification deed is needed. But, it is required to be looked whether such will be applicable in your case or not.

Thanks Nilanjan, the original sale deed is done in 1986, and the original sellers are no more and their decedents also not traceable,so rectification deed may not be possible, please suggest any alternatives
