What if I calling a institute a scam for his online courses on YouTube channel

If I called a company totally scam for their online courses and told students to not join them via my YouTube channel, can the same company sue me in the court?
In this video I haven't used their full name, I given the hint of this company name to the viewers and haven't used any of their logo or name.
