If a person has a land next to my house and he said to me that in his plot he will open pit hole and as it is his land what can I do to prevent him from bad smell that coming to my house ..can I use my right to live with dignity ..advice me how to deal this problem as he has openly told me I will pay whatever the fine is .. and if it is his plot he can do anything ? Tell me please

A.Dear Sir,
You may lodge complaint with local authority that is Panchayat or Municipality and get issue a legal notice and finally you may go to Civil Court and get it mandatory injunction to close that pit hole.
